Our process is designed to be clear, structured, and collaborative — ensuring every cabinetry project is delivered with precision, transparency, and confidence from start to finish.
Initial Enquiry & Discovery
Before the preliminary consultation, every project starts with an initial enquiry and discovery phase. This allows us to understand your goals, space, timeline, and budget at a high level.
During this stage, we may request reference images, floor plans, or inspiration to better understand your vision. This ensures the first consultation is focused, efficient, and aligned with your expectations from the outset.
A Clear, Considered Approach
By following a structured and disciplined process, we ensure every Aike Cabinets project is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard — with no uncertainty at any stage.
Our process is structured, transparent, and designed to deliver every project with precision from start to finish.
Initial Enquiry & Discovery
Every project starts with a brief discovery phase to understand your goals, space, and timeline. We may review floor plans or inspiration to ensure the first consultation is focused and aligned from the outset.
1. Preliminary Consultation & Measurement
Every project begins with an initial consultation and on-site measurement. During this stage, we invite clients to visit our workshop to review material options, finishes, and hardware selections.
Measurements and dimensions are carefully confirmed, including coordination with electrical and plumbing locations. This ensures the cabinetry is designed accurately around all services and site conditions from the outset.
2. Design Development & Contract Signing
Based on the confirmed measurements, our designer prepares detailed cabinetry plans, including CAD drawings that clearly outline layouts, dimensions, and specifications.
Once the drawings are reviewed and approved by the client, a formal contract is issued. After the contract is signed, the initial payment is received, allowing the project to move into production.
3. Production
With all details finalised, cabinetry production begins in our workshop. Each component is manufactured according to the approved drawings, using selected materials and precision techniques.
Production time typically ranges between 15–45 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
4. Installation
Prior to installation, a second site measure may be carried out if plumbing, electrical work, or painting has been completed since the initial measurement.
Installation is then scheduled and coordinated, involving delivery of the cabinetry and on-site installation by our experienced professionals. Care is taken to ensure accuracy, alignment, and a clean finish.
5. Final Inspection & Completion
Once installation is complete, the cabinetry is reviewed with the client to confirm satisfaction and acceptance of the finished work.
After final verification, the remaining balance is paid, and the project is formally completed.
